Ralph Burlingame (1947 – ) was an LDS church member in Minnesota; sentenced in 1989 to work release for six months, convicted of 2nd degree criminal sexual abuse of a child in 1989.

Ralph Burlingame was reported as a Mormon in Mound Minnesota, in the 1980s.
