This case arose in 1997 in Kansas City, Missouri. David Neil Brown was charged with 32 counts of statutory sodomy. According to reports, Brown admitted to the molestation as well as taking photographs of a 15-year-old victim to put on a computer. After seizing the computer, police officials found pictures of children in bondage positions. Brown appeared in Division 30 of the Jackson County Court for a preliminary hearing Wednesday. His attorney Lyle Gregory asked for Brown’s bond to be reduced from $1 million.
