“District Court say Cummings and two other men gave the girls alcohol and smoked marijuana with them. The 13-year-old told investigators she fell asleep. When she awoke, she thought she had been raped.

Police say Cummings told them he had consensual sex with the girl and that he could prove it with a videotape.”
