“Man charged with sex abuse of child SALT LAKE CITY A man accused of videotaping himself having sex with a 13-year-old girl has been charged with sodomy on a child and aggravated sexual abuse of a child, both felonies. John Gardner Cummings, 24, is accused of picking up the girl and her 14-year old friend at a convenience store then taking them to his house.”
“District Court say Cummings and two other men gave the girls alcohol and smoked marijuana with them. The 13-year-old told investigators she fell asleep. When she awoke, she thought she had been raped.
Police say Cummings told them he had consensual sex with the girl and that he could prove it with a videotape.”
