LDS Jayne Allen Furness “was tried and found guilty as a sex offender and is now incarcerated.” Furness was charged with 16 felony counts with children and, “did willfully and unlawfully have and accomplish as act of sexual intercourse with a female person, to wit (redacted) not his wife, who was than and there under the age of eighteen years, to wit, sixteen years.”
