Darrell Newby – “the said defendant, between August 12, 1986-August 14, 1986, in the County of Multnomah, State of Oregon, did unlawfully and knowingly subject a person under the age of twelve years, to sexual contact…”

He was convicted of Sexual abuse of a child with “no unsupervised contact with minors without consent of his probation officer; adult to be in family home when children are present and he is to continue with counseling and sex offender treatment.”

Newby graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
