LDS Sidney Spencer was placed on the BSA Confidential files but received another Adult
Application 12/18/91 to the BSA approved and signed by Bishop Walz from the LDS church.

Church (Charter Organization) but this was denied by the BSA. On this application, Spencer answered the question, ‘Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offense,’ to which he replied – ‘Incest, 1984, 16 yr-old girl.’

This application was approved by Bishop Walz despite this admission by Spencer.

Description/Convictions:
