LDS church member and Scout Leader Harvey Dee Wright, from Flagstaff, AZ was placed on the BSA Confidential Files in 1988 after pleading Guilty to “Attempted Sexual Abuse/Dangerous Crimes Against Children in the Second Degree”. He received 90 days in jail and 4 years probation. “Harvey’s daughter, xxxx, went to her religious leader and told him that her father was touching her. When the father was confronted he admitted that for a period of over two years at a rate of about three to four times a month he had been touching his daughter on her brests (sic) and genital area.”
