Byard James Price was a mormon in Salt Lake City, Utah.  According the Perversion Files Price molested a child around 1981 while involved in scouting and was convicted for his.   His wife divorced him shortly after.  He applied to be a volunteer in the boyscouts again in 1989 and was put on the ineligible list for volunteering at that time.
