Case report

In 1977, Loveless pleaded not guilty by reason of temporary insanity to two counts of sexually assaulting two young sisters in Farmington, Utah. He was convicted of one count in a jury trial and sentenced to prison.

Loveless was charged with sexual abuse in 1984 and again sentenced to prison.

He died in 2016.
