Marcus Udall was a Mormon church member in Arizona who was convicted of child sexual abuse and sentenced in 2014 to one year in jail and 10 years of probation.
At least two sets of local LDS church leaders allegedly failed to follow the Mormon Church’s own policy regarding membership disciplinary councils in Udall’s case.
