“Ada County prosecutors issued a felony warrant Wednesday on an MS man being held in the gym county jail on felony charges there.

Loren Hurd, 29, has been charged by Ada County authorities with attempted kidnapping and battery with intent to commit a serious felony. Bond was set at $250,000.

Police say Hurd allegedly attempted to force Boise woman into the backseat of her car on March 15 at a department store parking lot on Broadway Avenue.

Emmett police arrested Hurd on March 24 twenty-four for allegedly abducting and assaulting a 16– Year – old female on March 11. Hurd was arraigned March 25 on charges of kidnapping and battery with intent to commit rape, said Emma police detective Blaine Hyde.

Bond was set at $100,000.” The Idaho Statesman
