"I then asked MASON about the files on the iPhone. MASON explained that he knew the files were in fact on his iPhone but had not told me because he was hoping the files would not be located. He stated he wanted to "chance it" and then stated there should be three files of child pornography. ""MASON made several statements regarding the child pornography being an error and that he had not meant to download the files [...] He told me files were located in his video files and that he accessed them as recently as three to four days prior. MASON said he accessed the files on average two times a week."-
