Daniel Duke (1987 – ) was a BYU student in Provo, Utah.
In January 2006, Duke attempted to meet with a person he thought was a 13-year-old girl for sex, according to investigators.
The person was an undercover agent of the Utah Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Duke was convicted of ATTEMPTED – ENTICING A MINOR OVER THE INTERNET.
