Case report

Frank Lefrandt Jr. was born in California in 1961. He was a Mormon church member in Honolulu, Hawaii who was convicted of a sex crime in 2008 and disappeared while awaiting sentencing.

He was wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

His original charges were 2nd degree felony attempted sexual assault, 2nd degree felony assault, and 3rd degree felony assault.

Lefrandt served an LDS church full-time mission to Guatemala.

At the time of his disappearance, Lefrandt was married, with five children. Reportedly, his family put up their house as collateral for the $100,000 bond that Lefrandt caused to be forfeited.
