Jonathon Kent Moser was a Mormon and a special Ed teacher at Rawlins Middle School, in Wyoming who was convicted of sexually assaulting two minor girls, one of which was intellectually disabled. He was sentenced to a minimum 36 years.

Moser was convicted in Wyoming in 2017, but a person familiar with the case told FLOODLIT that Moser allegedly sexually abused at least one victim in North Dakota several years before that.
