Seeking info on man discussed on “Surviving Mormonism” who was convicted in Utah

Floodlit is looking for information about Jess Hurtado of Utah, who was accused of child sexual abuse and was convicted of lewdness, due to a plea agreement. Our case report https://floodlit.org/a/e989/

We are looking for the names of two Mormon bishops accused in a 2016 lawsuit of failing to protect a victim. As well as the stake president who submitted a letter to the judge in support of Hurtado in 1993/1994.
