Description
This lawsuit was filed in 2024 in Maryland against the Mormon church and seven individuals.
The plaintiff, John Doe, alleged sexual abuse by Richard Kent James, who was convicted in 2002.
Doe sued the church and several individuals who were church members for negligence and other failures.
