Stanley Lynn Bitsoi was a mormon in Rigby, Idaho. Stanley admitted to police that he touched a 15-16 year old girl while she was sleeping and awake, between January 2020 and March 2021. Stanley was charged with one count Children-Lewd Conduct with Child Under 16 and one count of Children-Sexual Battery-Committed by Lewd or Lascivious Acts on a Minor Child 16 to 17 Years of Age. He admitted to deputies that between January 2020 and March 2021, he would touch the victim inappropriately while she was asleep, according to court documents.
