Mark Keep was a Mormon church member and medical doctor who allegedly perpetrated sexual misconduct in 2011 in Utah or in Phoenix, Arizona.
Keep was alleged to have made inappropriate sexual comments to ‘females in the workplace;’ he voluntarily surrendered his license for unprofessional conduct while impaired by drugs and/or alcohol.
