    This matter comes before the court for sentencing.Discussion ensues on the pre-sentence report and sentencing recommendations. The court imposes a sentence.
    The defendant has 30 days to appeal the sentence. The Court advises that if the sentence is appealed and representation is desired the Court will appoint counsel upon qualification.
    Defendant is ordered to serve 30 days weekend jail with a minimum of 4 days jail a month starting June 2024 and to be completed by January 2025.Defendant is ordered to complete 40 days jail via work diversion after serving the 30 days weekend jail.
