Steven Layland (1946 – ) was a Mormon church member in Tampa, Florida; in 2000 was federally convicted for sending child pornography in the mail.

Steven Layland was a Mormon church member in Utah who was federally convicted of SEX OFFENSE, FEDERAL (MAILING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY) in Feb. 2000.

Layland is a registered sex offender and lives in Tampa, Florida.

In 1996 Layland became the vice president for HIP Health Plan of Florida, and prior to that Layland was the executive director/planning manager for Mutual of Omaha, ID. according to newspaper articles.

According to someone familiar with Layland, Layland was re-baptized into the Mormon church sometime before 2014 and was the high priest group leader in his ward in 2014.
