Dylan Dewey (born about 1984) was a Mormon church member and returned missionary in the Spanish Fork area of Utah, and a counselor and driver education teacher at Spanish Fork High School in the Nebo School District. In May 2018, aged 34, he was booked into the Utah County jail for investigation of forcible sexual abuse of a teenage girl who attended a different high school and whom he had met through another student; communication began over Snapchat.

The allegations included kissing her in his office and partial undressing during a drive to Mapleton.

When confronted, Dewey said the student had initiated contact and had thrown herself at him. The victim disclosed the relationship to her own school counselor. He was sentenced in December 2018 to jail for sexual misconduct with a student.
