Mark Haws (1957 – ) was a Mormon church member in Lehi, Utah; accused of sexually abusing a girl for 14 years; convicted in 2010 of second-degree felony forcible sexual abuse; excommunicated; rebaptized in or before June 2025; as of March 2026, lives in Lehi, Utah as a registered sex offender.

In 2010, Haws was convicted of second-degree felony forcible sexual abuse.

Haws was excommunicated from the Mormon church. He was rebaptized in or before June 2025. A June 17, 2025 Reddit post showed a photo of Haws at his baptism at a Latter-day Saint meetinghouse. The photo was originally posted on Facebook. Floodlit communicated directly with the Reddit poster and confirmed Haws’s identity.

As of March 2026, Haws lives in Lehi, Utah as a registered sex offender.

Floodlit checked Haws’ Utah sex offender registry listing on March 13, 2026. At that time, Haws was listed as “Non-compliant.”

    This is a distant related “family member”. Honestly didn’t even realize he was released. So disgusted and disappointed in my family that attended. That shit is unforgiveable.
