A seven-page declaration by Branden Wilson, risk management director for the Mormon church, filed on April 7, 2023 in support of the church’s opposition to the plaintiff’s motion to compel further responses to a request for production of documents.
Wilson stated: “The Church does not keep a repository of documents relating to allegations, claims, or notification of child sexual abuse. There is no ‘sexual abuse’ file.”
