Layne Bingham was a Mormon church member in Idaho.

In 2008, Bingham was convicted of child sexual abuse.

A person who knew Bingham told FLOODLIT that Bingham was their LDS home teacher until the person’s mother told their bishop “we had a weird feeling about him and weren’t comfortable having him in our home anymore.”
