Stanley Lloyd Hunt

Stanley Lloyd Hunt was a mormon in St. George, Utah. Stanley was a custodian in the Washington County School District in St. George, Utah. While at school Stanley victimized two girls from January 2003 – December 2005. One girl stated in her affidavit that “[Hunt] told me we were supposed to be married in heaven”.

The amended information in 01-19-2011 was changed to 2 charges of SEXUAL ABUSE OF A CHILD, the original charges filed 01-06-2010 against Hunt were 2 counts of rape of a child, 6 counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and 4 counts of lewdness with a child under 14, according to The Daily Spectrum 01-07-2010 “Protecting Kids”, The Daily Spectrum 06-05-2010 “Custodian Abuse Case Goes to Trial”.

Hunt pleaded guilty to one count of sexual abuse of a child and was convicted on both counts.

On September 14, 2023 Stanley was at Enterprise High School, watching a volleyball game.  He had no children in the game and was told by the police officer that responded because he was on a sex offender list he was not allowed to be in a school.  The police officer arrested Hunt. Hunt pleaded guilty and was sentenced to jail time for 364 days, which was suspended.

Hunt received 12 months probation.
