  SENTENCE PRISON
  Based on the defendant's conviction of RAPE a 1st Degree Felony, the defendant is sentenced to an indeterminate term of not less than five years and which may be life in the Utah State Prison.
  Based on the defendant's conviction of SODOMY ON A CHILD a1st Degree Felony, the defendant is sentenced to an indeterminate term of not less than ten years and which maybe life in the Utah State Prison.
