Case report

Richard Oren Fowler was a mormon in Sand Point, Idaho. According a Floodlit source Fowler engaged in lewd conduct with two Bonner County girls over a four-year period. He was found guilty of sexually abusing both girls from 2008 to 2012. One of the alleged victims was between the ages of 4-8 and the other was between the ages of 6-10. In 2020 Fowler pleaded guilty. Sentenced to 180 days for each of the two charges he pleaded guilty to. Each 180 sentence ran concurrent, with 28 days credited. He also received 5 years probation.
