Veloy Twitchell (1954 – ) was a former Mormon bishopric counselor in Marysville, Washington; accused in 2015 of perpetrating a sex crime that allegedly took place in approximately 2004; convicted.

Veloy D Twitchell was a Mormon church member who allegedly perpetrated a sex crime in or around 2004 in Marysville, Washington.

Twitchell was a Mormon bishopric counselor and stake high council member during his lifetime. He went on an LDS mission to Australia in the 1970s.

Twitchell was convicted in approximately 2015 and required to register as a sex offender.

As of 2025, Twitchell is no longer a registered sex offender; he lives in Rexburg, Idaho.
