Zemedu Jacobsen (2007 – ) has been accused of sexually abusing a female minor and recording the abuse, and of recording another minor victim that was on a video following his promptings to remove her clothing; she was apparently unaware he was recording, according to a police statement; there is a warrant out for his arrest;.

Zemedu Jacobsen, 18, in Farmington, Utah has been charged and has a warrant out for his arrest.

Charges against Jacobsen:

-11 counts of :AGGRAVATED SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR -1st Degree Felony
-two counts of: FORCIBLE SEXUAL ABUSE – 2nd Degree Felony
-one count of: FORCIBLE SODOMY – 1st Degree Felony
-one count of: OBJECT RAPE – 1st Degree Felony

The p.c. affidavit states there are two female victims, both minors.
Victim #1 said Jacobsen would sneak into her room at night and record himself sexually abusing the victim.
Victim #2 said Jacobsen prompted her on a video call to remove her clothing and expose herself. She was unaware Jacobsen was recording her.

    FARMINGTON, Utah (ABC4) — An 18-year-old has been charged with more than a dozen felonies for allegedly sexually abusing his underage stepsister and recording it.

    The 18-year-old from Farmington, whom ABC4 is not identifying to protect the victim, has been charged with 11 counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of object rape, two counts of forcible sexual abuse, and one count of forcible sodomy, all first-degree felonies.

    According to court documents, in April 2025, the Farmington Police Department was contacted about a 16-year-old who was being sexually exploited by her 18-year-old stepbrother. The victim reported that he would come into her bedroom at night and record himself sexually abusing her.

    The 16-year-old victim said that she would “pretend to remain asleep” during the abuse. On the 18-year-old’s cell phone, police allegedly located numerous videos from different dates that depicted the sexual assault of his stepsister.

    Additionally, videos were located of another underage teen, who was found to be 17 years old. The videos of this victim appeared to be screen recordings from a video call where she was undressing.

    Police spoke with the 17-year-old victim’s mother, who said her daughter didn’t know that he was recording the call.

    The 18-year-old is not currently in custody, but a warrant has been proposed for his arrest.
