Patrick Kevin Tervort

Patrick Tervort was reportedly a Mormon church member who perpetrated a sex crime, in St. George Utah.

The alleged sexual abuse occurred between 2021-2023, according to a person who reported Tervort to Floodlit.

Tervort was charged with 15 counts of Forcible sexual abuse, a 2nd degree felony. Pled guilty to 3 counts of forcible sexual abuse, a 2nd degree felony.

Sentenced to 1-15 years for each forcible sexual abuse convictions, each prison term was suspended.

Tervort received 36 months probation and is a registered sex offender.

The person who reported Tervort to Floodlit said they were not sure of his status in the LDS church at the time of the alleged crimes. Floodlit is seeking more information.

In March 2024, approximately one month before Tervort’s conviction a protective order was filed against Tervort and was granted approximately one month after his conviction.
