Dennis Crawford (1946 – ) was a Mormon church member in Twin Falls, Idaho and in Utah; convicted in 2022 of AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ABUSE OF A CHILD - 1st Degree Felony; sentenced to six years to life in prison; as of May 2026, is a prisoner at Utah State Correctional Facility.

Dennis Alvin Crawford was a Mormon in Twin Falls, Idaho and in Utah.

Crawford has been convicted of:

-AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ABUSE OF A CHILD/ 1st degree felony/

In 2022 he was sentenced:

6 years to life

Crawford is currently a prisoner in Utah State Correctional Facility as of May 2026.

According to someone familiar with the case, Crawford abused a child from the ages of 3 to 10.  They said an LDS bishop and an LDS seminary teacher learned of the abuse and did not report Crawford to civil authorities.

In addition, they stated Crawford was excommunicated from the Mormon church after his conviction.
