David B. Weeks (born 1963) was a Mormon church member and a teacher at Weber High School in Weber County, Utah.

In 1998, aged 35, he had sexual relationships with two female students aged 16 and 17.

His teaching licence was revoked in December 1998, and on 7 March 1999 he was sentenced to nine months in jail on two second-degree felony counts of forcible sexual abuse, one of them reduced from a first-degree rape charge under a plea bargain. The sentencing judge said he felt Weeks deserved prison but had ordered a diagnostic evaluation first. Utah law prohibits such conduct by a person in a position of trust regardless of a minor’s consent. A person who reported the case to FLOODLIT states that he has since spent years performing in a theatre production that casts many child actors.
