Jeffery Luke Zawalski (born 1982) was a Mormon church member and a band and music teacher at Evergreen Junior High School in Millcreek, Utah, employed full-time by the Granite School District since August 2016. He was arrested on 20 September 2019, aged 36, and charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, five counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, and enticing a minor.

Police stated that he arranged by email to meet a 15-year-old on five separate occasions for unlawful sexual activity and requested at least 10 nude images from the teenager; more than 10 pornographic images of children were found in his possession at arrest.

He had previously worked at a private school and a charter school. He served a prison term of a year or two.
