(1984 – ) Wesley Kendall Allen (born 1984) is a Mormon church member and returned missionary who served in Birmingham, Alabama; was convicted of a rape committed in 2005 while he was a reserve police officer for Smithfield City, and separately pleaded guilty and was convicted of forcible sexual assault, sexual exploitation of a minor and object rape for offences at the Cache Valley Youth Center in 2022.

Wesley Kendall Allen (born 1984) is a Mormon church member and returned missionary who served in Birmingham, Alabama. He worked for decades at youth detention and youth treatment centres across Cache Valley, Utah.

He was convicted of a rape committed in 2005 while he was a reserve police officer for Smithfield City, and separately pleaded guilty and was convicted of forcible sexual assault, sexual exploitation of a minor and object rape for offences at the Cache Valley Youth Center in 2022.

His former wife, married to him from 2005 to 2007, reported to FLOODLIT that he brought a teenage girl to their apartment while she was at work and raped her in his police uniform, which she learned only when the 2022 case brought the earlier victim forward. She states he was sealed in the temple in 2010, was always active in the church, and repeatedly lost jobs over conduct toward female colleagues and young people.
