Utah case number 021700043. Floodlit is hoping to buy copies of court documents in this case, including letters of support to the court for Hartley. So far, we’ve got a copy of the docket history.
Hartley also groomed young women in his LDS ward, according to the person who told Floodlit about Hartley’s case. They said:
During a youth temple recommend interview one young woman admitted to masturbating. He told her as part of her repentance, she needed to come over to his house and play hymns on his piano.
We are seeking information regarding church officials’ response to the allegations against Hartley.
