Richard Fisco was a Mormon church member who perpetrated sex crimes between 1960 and 1999 in Oklahoma and Myton, Utah.
In 1999, after Fisco reportedly voluntarily entered counseling when confronted with allegations that he had abused a 10-year-old boy, he allegedly made a list for investigators of 26 other individuals whom he had perpetrated crimes against.
The list included alleged victims of both genders, ranging in age from 5 to 58.
