Michael Evans (1963 – ) was an LDS church stake presidency counselor in Sycamore, Illinois in 2000; accused in a 2024 civil lawsuit of covering up sexual assault by a Mormon bishop in his stake and of attempting to gaslight the victim; later became a stake president (Rockford, Illinois Stake 2009-16) and a mission president (Paraguay Asuncion North 2016-19).
