Jay Forscutt (1958 – ) was a Mormon church member in Nephi, Utah; convicted in 2022 of sexual exploitation of a minor; sentenced to eight months in jail and four years of probation; is a registered sex offender living in Nephi, Utah as of May 2026.
According to a person familiar with Forscutt’s case, Forscutt is a former Latter-day Saint missionary and Boy Scout leader.
