Ronald Brockner (1959 – ) was a Mormon bishop and stake president in Louisiana; moved to Idaho; convicted in Idaho in 2020 of sexually exploiting a minor; sentenced to 5 to 10 years in prison.

“A 60-year-old Boise man is accused of sexually exploiting a minor.

The Idaho Attorney General’s Office says the U.S. Marshals Greater Idaho Fugitive Task Force arrested Ronald T. Brockner on Wednesday. He’s alleged to have possessed sexually exploitative material.

He’s been booked into the Ada County Jail on five felonies.

The investigation is on-going, state officials say. Anyone with information about this case or Brockner is asked to call 208-947-8700.”

Brockner’s wife filed for divorce in 2020.

As of March 2023, Brockner is in prison in Boise, Idaho. He becomes eligible for parole in November 2024 and his sentence satisfaction date is 2029-11-17.
