Gerald Burgie (1939 – ) was a Mormon church member and scout leader in Utah; charged in 1981 with third-degree felony forcible sexual abuse; convicted of attempted sexual abuse of a child.

On November 15, 1981, Burgie was placed in the Boy Scouts of America’s confidential “ineligible volunteer” files (commonly referred to as the “perversion files”).
