Michael Larsen, or Mike Larsen, was a Mormon church member and scout leader in Utah.
Larsen allegedly sexually abused an 8-year-old.
He was charged, convicted and sentenced.
On May 23, 1988, Larsen was placed on the BSA Confidential file after admitting to the charges against him.
His brother Robert Wayne Larsen is also in the Floodlit database https://floodlit.org/a/a332/
