“Laury Scott Wolfley pleaded not guilty Monday morning (July 30, 2007) on one count of lewd conduct with a minor and one count of sexual battery of a minor. The child was a 13-year-old male. At the Bonneville County Courthouse, he was sentenced to serve 12 years of probation and six months in the county jail.”
