Devin Todd Tuttle was a Mormon church member in Draper, Utah.
Tuttle employed two teenage girls ages 15 and 17 year old.
Additionally, he went to the same church ward as both girls which he met through his wife’s calling.
Tuttle admitted to high fiving each girl and then slapping them on their buttocks, numerous times, as well as taking one girl for a ride in his Tesla and touching her breasts.
Tuttle was convicted of UNLAWFUL SEXUAL CONDUCT WITH A 16 OR 17 YEAR OLD/CLASS A MISDEMEANOR on August 29, 2023. Tuttle is a register sex offender.
