Case report

Trials are ongoing in two states of Australia as of August 2023.

Some alleged crimes occurred during Harding’s time as bishop in the Hobart area of Tasmania in the 1970s until the 1990s while he worked as a police officer, according to two sources who asked to remain anonymous. These sources provided FLOODLIT with information that we determined was sufficient for this case to merit inclusion in our database.
