Thomas Carter (1941 – 2025) was a Mormon church member; accused of sexual abuse.

From obituary: “Thomas was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He worked to emulate Jesus Christ by living the story of the good Samaritan. His compassionate nature was evident in his desire to help others. As stated in the Book of Mormon, ‘When you are in the service of your fellow beings, ye are only in the service of your God’ (Mosiah 2:17).”
