Thomas Wayne Duncan (1949-2008) was a Mormon church member in Springville, Utah. A person who reported the case to FLOODLIT states that in 1977, when they were five years old, he forced them to take part in oral sex and fondled them, promising them an ice cream cone if they did not tell.
So far as they recall it happened once; they did not tell anyone and repressed the memory.
They also state that he physically and emotionally abused their sister until the couple divorced, and that the leaders of her ward knew.
