William Arthur Jeter (born 1947) served as a Mormon bishop of the Jordan North 4th Ward in West Valley City, Utah in the mid-1990s; a child of his reported to FLOODLIT that he sexually abused an aunt of theirs during the 1980s, when she was between 12 and 16, and that after moving to Utah and being called as bishop they believe he found many more victims while holding that office.
