Orlin Burgos Rosales (1993 – ) was a Mormon church member in Washington County, Utah; arrested and charged in June 2025 with three counts of AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ABUSE OF A CHILD, two counts of RAPE OF A CHILD, one count of OBJECT RAPE OF A CHILD, one count of LEWDNESS INVOLVING A CHILD.

Orlin Noe Burgos Rosales was arrested in Washington County, Utah on June 29, 2025 and charged with:

  • Three charges of AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ABUSE OF A CHILD – 1st Degree Felony
  • Two charges of RAPE OF A CHILD – 1st Degree Felony
  • One charge of LEWDNESS INVOLVING A CHILD – Class A Misdemeanor
  • One charge of OBJECT RAPE OF A CHILD – 1st Degree Felony

Investigators said Burgos inappropriately touched or sexually abused the victim four times.

Two alleged instances took place while the 13-year-old victim was trying to sleep in their bed, according to investigators.

Orlin Burgos was being held without bail as of June 30.

    WASHINGTON CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A man living in Washington City has been arrested and charged with allegedly sexually abusing his sibling’s child.

    The 32-year-old man is not being identified by ABC4 to protect the identity of the victim. He has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, a first-degree felony; two counts of rape of a child, a first degree felony; one count of object rape of a child, a first degree felony; and lewdness involving a child, a Class A misdemeanor.

    According to documents, the Washington City Police Department was called out to speak with a 13-year-old victim after 8 p.m. on June 29. The 13-year-old told their mother that their uncle had sexually assaulted them on three separate occasions.

    During an interview at the Washington County Children’s Justice Center, the victim recounted four separate instances where their uncle had inappropriately touched them and sexually abused them. Two of these instances took place while the 13-year-old victim was trying to sleep in their bed.

    The 32-year-old was arrested and booked into the Purgatory Correctional Facility and is currently being held without bail. He allegedly elected to remain silent and not perform an interview with police.
