Justin Knight (1983 – ) was a Mormon church member in Tucson, Arizona; in 2023, pled guilty to one third-degree count of SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR and one fourth-degree felony charge of Aggravated Taking Id Of Another Person Or Entity; sentenced to prison; registered sex offender as of Oct. 2025.

Justin Kent Knight was a Mormon church member in Tucson, Arizona.

According to a person who said they knew Knight, he allegedly downloaded the photo of a person he knew from their Facebook profile and posted on internet forums pretending to be that person, asking for their child to be raped.  He also allegedly posted the person’s correct contact information.  He also allegedly possessed thousands of CSAM images.

In 2020, Knight was charged with:

  • 10 second-degree felony counts of SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR
  • 1 second-degree felony charge of FRAUDULENT SCHEMES/ARTIFICES
  • 1 fourth-degree felony charge of Aggravated Taking Id Of Another Person Or Entity

Thanks to a 2023 plea agreement, Knight was able to get all but one of the exploitation of a minor charges dismissed.  The remaining count was reduced to a third-degree felony.

The second-degree felony charge of fraudulent schemes/artifices was also dismissed.

Knight pleaded guilty to the fourth-degree felony charge of aggravated taking ID.

Knight was sentenced to prison.  He was also required to register as a sex offender.

As of Oct. 2025, Knight was a registered sex offender living in Tucson, Arizona.
